Terms & Conditions

1. Travel and Expenses

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all travel to and from the airport, including parking, accommodation, and any incidental costs, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winning prize trip to Tallinn will be taking place on either week commencing 30th November 2026 or week commencing 7th December 2026.

2. Travel Insurance

The prize winner must arrange and maintain appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the trip. Victor Stationery accepts no liability for any costs, losses, or claims arising from the absence of adequate insurance coverage.

3. Account Status Eligibility

To qualify for the prize, the winner’s account must be fully up to date, with no overdue invoices or unresolved credit issues, at the time the incentive closes and/or when the winner is announced.

4. Right to Withhold or Reallocate Prize

Victor Stationery reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reallocate the prize if eligibility criteria are not met, including cases where accounts are not up to date at the qualifying date.

5. Non-Transferability

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly agreed in writing by Victor Stationery.

6. Adjustments for Returns or Credits

Any returned products, credited invoices, or price adjustments issued during or after the incentive period will result in a corresponding deduction of points from the customer’s total.

Victor Stationery reserves the right to recalculate incentive points if returns or credits impact the qualifying sales value.

7. Force Majeure / Availability

Victor Stationery reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Tax Liability

Any personal tax liability arising from the prize is the responsibility of the prize winner.
